A youth-led movement for atmospheric transparency
The youngest have the longest stake.
Something is being done to the air we'll breathe for the next seventy years — and the people who inherit it longest were never asked. We're here to change that.
We don't tell you what to believe. We follow the evidence, in the open, and let it speak.
No agenda. No spam. Just the evidence, as we find it.
The premise
You can't opt out of the sky.
You can leave a platform, switch a product, change your diet. You cannot decline the atmosphere. Whatever is done to it is done to everyone — and it is done longest to the young. Right now, decisions about the shared air are being made by people who won't live with the full consequences, for a generation that had no say and can't escape them.
Millions of Americans are asking the same question: who is doing what to the sky, with what oversight, and with whose permission? Those questions are being asked. They aren't being answered well — by anyone.
We exist to fix that. Not by shouting louder. By refusing to let the question be buried, or the answer be faked.

How we work
We don't believe anything. We follow the evidence.
- 01
We make no accusations. We bring the people who disagree into the same room, in the open, under honest rules — and we follow the evidence to the best available explanation. For now, and only until a better one earns its place.
- 02
We hold ourselves to the standard we demand of others. We observe what's in front of us, measure what's changed, and refuse to assume the cause until the evidence is in — even when claiming more would be easier.
- 03
We separate what we know from what we suspect. What's documented, we'll say plainly. What isn't, we'll investigate honestly — and publish what we find, including the findings we hoped not to find.
In a fight full of people who are certain, we're the ones who are disciplined.

Our method
Attention Inquiry Accountability
- 01
Attention
Give a generation's legitimate questions rigor and visibility.
- 02
Inquiry
Fund independent, transparent, replicable science — published in full, including the inconvenient results.
- 03
Accountability
Resource legal action only where the evidence establishes wrongdoing.
What we build
We build the place where the truth gets settled.
We convene the disagreement.
We bring proponents and critics — the scientists who say it's happening and those who say it isn't — into structured, moderated debate, argued on evidence, not volume.
We commission the measurement.
Where a question can be settled with data, we fund independent, transparent inquiry: open methods, open data, published in full.
We score it in the open.
We name the best available explanation on each question, show our reasoning, and update it the moment better evidence arrives.
We hold the line on accountability.
Where — and only where — the evidence establishes real harm, we resource the legal action to hold the responsible parties accountable. Evidence first. Always.

What we will & won't claim
Here's where we draw the line.
What's on the record — and we'll say so plainly.
- Governments have deliberately modified weather (Operation Popeye; the 1977 ENMOD treaty).
- Open-air tests were conducted over civilian areas during the Cold War.
- Solar geoengineering is a real, funded field of research today.
- Lawmakers across the spectrum are responding — with state bans and a federal bill in Congress.
What we will NOT claim as fact — yet.
- That there's a covert global spraying program.
- That anyone is steering storms.
- That any of this has been proven to harm your health or your future children.
These are serious questions worth investigating. They are not findings — and we won't pretend otherwise to win your support.
That restraint isn't weakness. It's the reason you can trust what we do tell you.
The stake
This is our air. This is our future.
We are the people who will breathe this air for the next seventy years. We aren't arguing about someone else's future — we're protecting our own health, our own lives, and the world our children may one day inherit.
If what's being done to the sky were truly in our interest, it wouldn't have to be hidden from us. We intend to find out — and to have a say while it still matters.
The demand
Open the records. Open the process.
A right to the documents.
The public has forced sealed government files into the open before. We demand the same for the sky: full disclosure and release of all government records, contracts, and programs concerning geoengineering, stratospheric aerosol injection, and weather modification. If it's being done to the air we all breathe, we have a right to the documents.
No official truth behind closed doors.
No official position should become public "truth" behind closed doors. We demand that the positions adopted by government agencies — and by the advocacy groups that influence them — be reached through open, evidence-based public due process under independent oversight. Let every official explanation earn its standing in the open, as the best available explanation — not the one chosen by a closed bureaucracy.

The Investigations
What the ENMOD treaty actually banned — and what it left wide open
A 1977 treaty proves states once modified weather as a weapon. Reading the fine print shows how narrow the ban really is.
